LOGISTICS SUPPORT &

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Recognizing the challenges surrounding the movement of people, localized or regional procurement, logistics staffing, and movement of goods especially in austere and contingency environments, we have developed methods to mitigate risk and create efficient timelines.
We have a proven record of quick response, rapid mobilization, effective and coordinated movement control, creative customized logistics solutions and turnkey life support.

CAMP CONSTRUCTION

Avidity has demonstrated knowledge designing and constructing man-camps and
other minor construction and renovation tasks for multiple clients. These construction projects include both horizontal and vertical construction aspects and are built/certified in accordance with US NEC, AWSS, IBC, and other applicable construction codes. Our purpose design/build camps include as built drawings and complete O&M service offerings.

MRO REPAIRS

Avidity has experience providing MRO maintenance repairs; managing extensive projects for at least 9 engine and 3 gear box overhauls. This includes packaging and preparing the parts and components for export to the US, ITAR compliance, customs management and MRO liaison for the customers. All aspects of the repairs and overhauls were managed including repair with the appropriate repair station, international logistics coordination, visual inspections of repairs and testing, and weekly client reports.

CAMP OPERATIONS &

MAINTENANCE

Avidity has experience providing Operations
and Maintenance (O&M) support for man camps globally. This support includes camp management, equipment upkeep and maintenance, camp security, and provision of meals.
